Marcimoosic (Marcia Hidson) is a multi-instrumental musician, playing bass, rhythm guitar and keyboards as well as vocals. She started out on drums many years ago, then guitar, but has loved the bass most of all since making the switch a few years ago.
Originally from South London, Marcia is now based in the North East of England. She graduated from the amazing BA (Hons) Modern Music Industries degree course run by NAME at The University of Sunderland, and now continues her music education by studying for a Master’s degree in music production at Leeds Beckett University alongside her current performing and promotion commitments.
Marcia’s musical influences include Muse, The 1975, Vulfpeck, Green Day, Blink 182 and Radiohead. She is involved with a number of bands and musical collaboratives in the North East region.
